CDC Workload Estimation Approval

During handling your change request, usually you will receive workload estimation which has to be approved by your side. You will receive notification via ticket, and it will be visible in Customer Service Portal in comment section. Additionally, our system will send email to the reporter of ticket.

For example, please see the print screen below.

Email will be sent out to reporter of case only!

In CSP you can find button for “Approve & Reject” top of the edge right hand side “Action” area

After clicking Approve you can put any comment:

And click Approve.
