If your customer is setup to receive catalog files in Peppol format via BNP, you can easily create and upload the files with following steps:
Click Catalog, and select Upload.
The Catalog Upload page opens. Select customer from the list.
You are directed to the Peppol BIS 3 Catalog Uploader page.
Next you need to create a XML catalog file by using an Excel template. From the Catalog Uploader page you can find a link to download the catalog Excel template from SFTI (Single Face to industry) website. With the Excel template, you can create a catalog with required PEPPOL XML format. You can also download the the Excel template directly from here: “Catalogue without response 3 Basic ”.
Please read through also the instructions how to fill in the catalog template. Instructions are available on the same SFTI website.
After downloading the template, please make sure that the Excel macros are not blocked by your computer. This can be done in the file Properties selecting Unblock in the Security options:
Open the Excel template, please notice that all yellow sells are mandatory fields and must be filled in before creating the XML file. You must will in the header (Huvud) and row (Rader) tabs. Mandatory fields are marked in Yellow:
After filling in all the required fields, press Skapa Catalogue 3 on header (Huvud) tab:
Save the XML file to your computer.
Go back to BNP and to the Peppol BIS 3 Catalog Uploader select the saved XML file and press Start Upload button.
After the upload is successful you following notification and the catalog is sent to your customer:
If you upload a catalog that is not in the correct XML format following error message is shown:
