Maintenance breaks

Every new calendar year, OpusCapita informs all customers about yearly service windows.

A service window is a pre-defined time, where we perform improvement updates and installations on our servers and systems. The target is to be able to implement larger planned changes of systems and setups of applications in a controlled manner. We do this to make sure that you, as a customer, will be able to continue to use a high-quality service.

We will inform you via a banner on the customer service portal about all planned maintenance breaks, approximately five working days before the planned maintenance break will happen. If we have a need for a critical emergency maintenance break due to a major incident or otherwise business critical update, we will inform you in the same way as soon as it is possible.
